If the Borrower violates the obligations to pay monthly payments under the Agreement, the Company charges a penalty in the amount of 0.5% of the amount of the unfulfilled obligation for each day of delay in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Also, if the Borrower violates the obligation to pay monthly payments for more than thirty calendar days, the Company has the right to demand early return of the amount issued and accrued interest, as well as proceed with the extrajudicial sale of the collateral or go to court.
